The Lab team are beauty experts with a unique sense of style and humour. They celebrate embracing oneself, so we wanted to build a website that encompassed not just their service but their personality. We developed a tone of voice that suited the business and provided visual direction for their photography. With our expertise on usability, we also advised them when it came to choosing website templates and then we added their stock to the new site.
