I have a son with multiple food allergies and found it really hard to find the food I needed locally, so I ended up wasting a lot of time driving to the shops each week as well as doing online orders. I decided I needed to bring it all together so it’s easier for parents. The market has changed a bit since we started 2.5 years ago and it’s easier now for a lot of people, but the original idea was to offer that all-in-one service.
What’s been the biggest challenge for your business?
Learning the technology, really, and how to do things, doing the website, how to run it, the landing pages, so many things about how to make your website run better. I went to uni a really long time ago to do marketing, and the internet didn’t really matter then!
How has Dream & Do helped your journey?
Tara has changed our image, which is fantastic, because we had come from an old logo and website with someone, and the relationship just ended when the job was done. Tara took the time to do the dreamcatcher method, and to really understand me and what I’m all about. It makes it so easy because anything she does is just right, she gets what I’m doing. It’s also good to have feedback from someone with experience. I love the design and images, and my customers like it too.
